The close circle of my female family and friends all agrees that we're so busy, there's no time for self-care. We take time to care for others but often neglect ourselves. Would your circle agree?
Unquestionably, the diligent men in our lives are putting in long hours, have obligations, responsibilities, and busy lives too! It's important that they are encouraged as well, to practice better self-care.

Is your health declining? Can you feel it and see it happening to you? Do you notice any of these symptoms? Is a friend or family member showing these warning signs?

- Floss your teeth
- Stop emotional eating
