I don't know about you, but in my house, there's always ground beef hanging out and new recipe ideas are always welcome! Here's a few we recommend trying and you might be adding them permanently to your weekly meal line up. 

 

GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE

 Best Burger Salad makes a quick, delicious lunch or dinner. This is one from my recipe book! 

  • Hamburger cooked and seasoned (taco, garlic & onion powder, or other)
  • Clean and chop leafy greens
  • Bite-sized peppers and jalapeño
  • Chives and celery diced 
  • Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 

Substitutions: Onions, cabbage, olives, and ground turkey or chicken.
