Take an end of the day bubble bath! They are amazing. Add candles, soft music, some lavender oil and soak away. Even a 20 minute bath will do wonders to rejuvenate your mind and body. It's worth it.

 

 

"Everything is better with music" and "Music is medicine to the mind". Two of our favorite quotes. Spin the old vinyl to change your mood almost instantly. Turn up your playlist and let the music take over. It transforms you into a peaceful place and lifts your spirits.

 

 

Set dinner or lunch dates with family or friends. That special time away from work and home is necessary. It's a well-deserved break from the daily grind. Having someone trusted to lend a listening ear in your life is priceless.

 

 

Make a commitment to daily exercise. This is the one thing you can do to change your entire life for the better. You are building strong bones and muscles, improving your overall health, begin feeling your best, and fighting off disease. Exercise comes in many forms. There are many you can do under 20 minutes. Eat Clean because who wants all that processed stiff in your body anyways, right? Eating whole foods will give your body essential vitamins and minerals that keep your body's bones, muscles and systems running top-notch! And is the #1 way to achieve a healthy weight. Clean eating isn't complicated and there are thousands of recipes you can gather from the internet. Time to get busy!

 

 

Change your surroundings when you feel blah. Get outside. Breathe in the fresh air. 15 minutes will do you wonders. Take a walk outdoors. Find a quit sitting place and 'just be' for a bit. Clear your mind of all stress and worries. Add deep breathing techniques if needed. 

 

 

Do what makes you happy. Every single day choose 1 thing to do, just because it makes you happy. Help someone. Make a homemade gift. Write a letter. Read a book. Call a friend. Shopping therapy (Warning: Can be bad for the checking account. LOL) Go for a swim. Give someone else a compliment. Buy 1 new outfit you feel great in. Make your happiness a daily priority.
