 3 Tasty Fruit and Vegetable Smoothie Recipes

 

Very Berry Smoothie 

Makes approximately 3 servings 

Prep time - 10 minutes

1 1/3 Cups Berries - Strawberries - Blueberries - Raspberries - Blackberries

         Or whatever berries you have on hand. 

1/4 fresh or frozen mangos

1 Cup Kale or Spinach 

1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds 

1/2 cup water (add more if needed) 

3/4 cups OJ or pineapple juice

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

Add more liquid if needed. Don't do juice? Just add water and ice. 

 

Banana Surprise Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

Prep time - 5 minutes

1 Banana

1 Cup almond milk 

1 Cup spinach 

1 Cup frozen strawberries or blueberries or use both

1 Tablespoon of honey (This is the surprise🎉) 

Place in blender. Blend until smooth and serve.

 Morning Glory Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

Prep time - 5 minutes

1 Cup almond or coconut milk 

1 Cup bananas or berries or pineapple

1 Cup spinach or kale 

1/2 tablespoon of flax seed 

Toss ingredients in the blender and serve.

Experiment with your smoothie ingredients! Switch out fruits and veggies to create your own tasty combinations.
