Healthier Food List To Lose Weight and Keep It Off

    Are you trying to lose weight and keep it off?  It's tough! What can I eat? What should I be eating? This diet says more protein, the other diet says low carb, and another says no sugar.  No wonder women are confused.  I want to share with you what I've learned about losing weight and keeping it off.
